Our BRIKs Boot Camp sessions are offered three times a year and are designed to help you reach your health and fitness potential, and you're welcome to start anytime! The BRIKs Boot Camps are six weeks long and feature classes five times a week. The classes consist of Kaia cross-training workouts, a Kaia Yoga Flow (yoga/Pilates) day and a Saturday walk/jog/run at a local park or a power hour.
These sessions offer great results in strength and stamina, weight loss, body fat loss, and an increase in endurance. We call them BRIKs because each one builds upon the other. We gradually add on to skills that are learned and perfected during the previous BRIKs to increase our overall fitness. Each Kaia exercise has three levels: Balance, Strength and Kaia.
